firstly if u want to not be under just speculating and actually want to know if ur alleviation solutions are doing anything other than placebo u will need to by some testing tools these tools are relatively cheap some are even very easy to use ,

these are the testing devices you will need
none of these will confirm bit error rate increases but they will confirm the presence of interference
mitigation techniques certain areas within ur home might have lower fields u will find that out with the gq emf tool
some interference maybe strictly inducted/conducted in which case ferrites/toroids will help alleviate the issue
do not buy the snakeoil that is audiophile marketed devices they are low cost devices that do basically nothing

You have the option of solving this problem by contacting an electrical laboratory and if they find a high level of harmonic distortion, then the electricity supplier is obligated to correct this. For example, I am from Russla and we have 11 power quality parameters and they are observed by a standard called "GOST" translated as state standard.You don't know that. You're taking a wild guess. You might as well try it before making bold claims like that
