tried 3 locations in 1 year, lag isnt gone

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

How long did you test those other locations? Did you just test them for an hour?

Did you actually test your input lag? I managed to get rough MS numbers of my overall input lag with a 240fps camera. Actually many smartphone cameras have true 240fps slow motion, but at the cost of the resolution.
If you didnt test it, it can be easily placebo. I thaught for a long time, my PC has about 60-100 ms input lag, but in reality I have 20-50ms (about 35ms average in apex legends for example. Thats pretty decent. Just because I know now that the lag is good, I instantly noticed Im playing better.
If you think all the time about something negative, it will negatively affect your skill.

what is your PC setup? and what game you play?
as if ur gona fix it
well if you play cs go there is some change that will not solve the input lag and suttering but make it way more enjoyable.
There is no point to say what i have done to fix this hard input lag on new PC.
I advice you get difrent mobo and new ssd thats all you need. The last that work for me is x570 asus rog strix f-gaming and new cheap ssd. I do belive that there is input lag building in time since you turn ON some PCs.
I am still on long way because i am on 3 days working PC wich i think is not much to say its fixed but that mouse feel in W10 on this mobo its insane and its not degrading. CS go is diffrent story if i run it in real time priority, mouse is perfect if in normal priority its kinda bad nearly same as on b550. For sure there is no need change hause or mouse or monitor or CPU becaise if you benchmark your cpu and it perform well its nothing wrog with it ond so on. CS Go is more complex it need fast internet fast cpu fast memory and so on at once and there is no benchmark like that. New mobo are not capable to do that all these sheets with latency are pointless if average plyer can see that there is something wrong with shot reg mouse latency and stuttering.
The reason i want to know your harware is that i can exclude it i my testing.
Pc parts are not the issue, all are new.
Rtx 3070-5600x-b550 aorus elite ax- trident neo 16gb ram 3600mhz cl18-650w and 850w gold psus.
I suspect its my mobo m being faulty
What monitor? I've seen some guy complaining about input lag but at the same time using a 60hz TV.
