I read some threads here about users getting conditioners and how it helped them fix their lag for a few days, some say for ever.
I'm thinking about buying Furman M-10x E power conditioner, it helped a user fix 80% of the lag but im not too sure, what yall be thinking

Don't waste your money. I spent 3x more one top of the line filter that does real job and it didn't help, at least permanently.

2 weeks, also it wasn't 0/1 lag no lag. Maybe at first days it might look like its totally gone, but then its starts crawling back and comes back fully around that end of second week.

If you do a reinstall, do u get two weeks of no lag also or do u get 2 weeks for the first time u use it and then it return like before

Buy a 1000FPS camera (nikon j1j for 50€ on the used market) and do some actual testing. If you get really strange results (like 100-500ms input lag on a good PC), try do EMI fixing tweaks, and test it.

No, I do not notice such long improvement from windows reinstall. For some reason filter doesn't work so good for another time, but it has some effect.

Im on a 3 windows reinstall per day diet, I Know and feel my system/mouse/keyboard when lag starts to happen, there's no need for testing. I think its an emi/electricity issue or an issue with my pc itself or issue with me, i think my body emits high emi or dangerous frequencies that impact my pc. I tried 3 locations under 2 years, same thing.

So how do you even know if something helped or not?
Some time ago, when I couldnt test my PC, I thaught I had massive delay. I thaught the same as you guys. And I was sure I feel it.
But, as I did tests, I saw I only have about 20-50ms total system lag. It depends on the game too...
As I knew my lag is actually good, I instantly felt the complete opposite. I played REALLY good again. Better then before. And I still do!

Also, your human reaction time makes a HUGE difference in the game feeling. For example if I only sleep for 4-5 hours, im pretty tired over the day. And I massively feel that in my personal reaction time. I react really slow and miss alot of shots. Im so bad, that I dont even want to play... It feels exactly like high input lag to me.
But when I am fully awake gone, and everythig is fine again!

I did some tests, and my reaction time is at about 160-190ms when I slept good. And 200-250 when Im tired.

Of course, you can definetely feel it if you have like 80 or 200ms input lag due to EMI. But ask yourself, are you 100% sure its EMI or just your overally system lag? Everybody has a system lag of about 10-100ms or more depending on your PC specs and tweaks. Maybe you just feel your general system latency, and youre brain is making a bigger thing out of it?

also, as you said, you literally make windows installs 3 times per day. Something is wrong with you, and not with your PC!
Why on earth should your windows cause high EMI to your PC if you install it every single day... 3 times...
I saw many windows latency test, and It doesnt affect EMI at all.
Your BIOS affect your EMI, because you can change there how your hardware works.
