best Gaming Monitor 27" for RTX 4080/4090 Oled or IPS 4K?

High Hz on OLED produce excellent strobeless motion blur reduction with fast GtG pixel response. It is easier to tell apart 60Hz vs 120Hz vs 240Hz on OLED than LCD, and more visible to mainstream. Includes WOLED and QD-OLED displays.

Good evening.

I'm trying to building an new PC with Top configuration, so with RTX 4080/4090.

Actually i'm stopped because i'm totally undecided if i should go with Oled or 4K.
Since for the major part i play multiplayer game, like Fighting Game and FPS, my choice was 27/28 inch monitor, since i heard a lot about that 32inch it's too big.
I play also single player games.

I don't care about the budget, but i just want to make sure to be happy with the choice of the monitor.
