Ah, well, ironically, that's one of the only OLED models I know of that actually has inverse ghosting evident at lower frame/refresh rates, so depending on your framerate in those videos, you could be seeing artifacting due to that. It would primarily manifest as bright white trailing behind objects during motion:

For future reference, most, but not all OLED panel types or variants are created equal (this goes for any panel type). It's important to check reviews for response time numbers before purchase, when and where available.
Sometimes even if two models have the same panel, better firmware implementation can result in better panel performance. For instance, your LG UltraGear 27GR95QE-B and the ASUS PG27AQDM share the same panel, but the ASUS doesn't have the overshoot:

Ah.. well that’s awesome, guess I shall just return it and will wait patiently to see if the asus will restock hopefully

Yeah, LG didn't do great on their out-of-box firmware implementation for that model, unfortunately. 1st-gen OLED monitor teething issues.
That said, before you return it, ensure you're using the latest firmware version, which may or may not have improved the overshoot issue I pictured previously:

Great news, if true.
Worth a shot to ensure the firmware is at latest, and if not, upgrade to rule it out before returning.

Rtings has stated the the 3.08 firmware didn’t fix the issues.
My monitor is also up to date.

I know, I was just giving you a source that said otherwise. Rtings seems to struggle at times updating monitor firmware for what it’s worth.

Do you think returning the monitor and getting the asus will resolve my issues? I do like the reliability and safe factors the LG has and not running as bright as the Asus clears my mind about burn in etc

I personally like the LG just for reliability and confidence in its ability to withstand burn in over a long period of time. I’ve had mine almost a year now and it’s been a great monitor.
Is the ASUS brighter? Most definitely and in person it is definitely noticeable. But the PG27AQDM has had many firmware issues that I’ve observed this past year and no burn in warranty makes me skeptical of its longevity although 2 years is hardly of note with LG’s burn in warranty.
