looking for most 'healthy' existing monitor

I suppose it's gonna be VA 144Hz flicker free panel with low blue light setting and no FRC... is there anything better than that ?

There's no one-size-fits-all, just generalities.

Everybody's vision is different.

-- Some are way more flicker sensitive than blur sensitive -- and may hate strobing. (more pain with strobing)
-- Some are way more blur sensitive than flicker sensitive -- and may need strobing. (less pain with strobing)
-- Some get less eyestrain with a specific panel tech (e.g. TN vs IPS vs VA) because of a sensitivity to a specific artifact, such as ghosting, or viewing angles, or colors, etc.

Just like some people hate tearing but others don't notice it. Or stutters. Or other motion artifact.

Getting something that reduces a specific person's eyestrain (e.g. eyestrain from motion blur and ghosting) may for example mandatorily require that specific person get a TN panal, which automatically means they have to live with FRC (e.g. lesser evil).

One person's dream monitor is a 1440p IPS ViewSonic. Another person's dream is a 240Hz TN GSYNC. Etc.

Truly, not possible to have a one-size-fits-all, until you reach retina resolution, retina refresh rate, retina dynamic range, retina spectrum range (rather than 3-color primary), where a display is indistinguishable from real life. Such a display doesn't exist and will not exist for decades -- especially since we're far away from retina refresh rates.

So displays are, fundamentally imperfect representations of real life that may diverge one way or another (motion clarity, flicker, color primaries, dynamic range, imperfect blacks, excess blue light, stroboscopic effects, temporal dithering, inversion artifact, or whatever). Sensitivity to various artifacts vary from human to human.

Blue color doesnt bother me.Only thing that bothers me is a slow monitor so I always try to find the fastest one for my eyes. That is a healthy monitor for me.)
