Whats up with this update?

This panel is about to be 3 years old.

Spectrum is not the only one. As discovered, VRR strobing is a very high back-and-fourth endeavour. And the vendor was busy on the next model, so I had to wait. And there are hardware limitations that are being discovered, that makes it hard.

Alas, no new information to say other than that at this time. If only I could spec with the panel vendor directly and make sure it met the minimum required specs... Then a dream strobed VRR implementation could have been left as possible.

Remember there are hardware limitations that I already warned that may impose limitations on VRR strobing -- even before they commissioned the project.

Now the ball is back in my court to try to produce a rewritten formula, and see if their vendor (Suzhou Lehui) is able to accomodate it. The same set of Blur Busters formulas will be used for all future VRR strobe projects.

No new information to give at this time.

I'm covered by NDA, so I can't say at this time.

Needless to say, the pandemic really derailed a lot of things in the Blur Busters Approved programme.

Any word on the eve backlight strobing updates? Or VRR strobing for the other vendors under NDA?

Any updates? Or is the VRR + Strobing a pipe dream on the dough?
