PG259QNR which overdrive should I choose?

Hi guys on my PG259QNR there are 4 types of overdrive, which are Off, normal, esports and extreme.
I know Off and extreme are not good.
If I set G-Sync export mode automatically the monitor sets OD to esports, vice versa if I set Racing mode the monitor sets OD to normal.
Now I'm wondering what is the difference between Normal and Esports?
There is no information on the internet about it.
