I feel motion reduction, need some help

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

Please try to be more clear. I struggle to understand what you're asking about.
If your monitor supports backlight strobing/BFI for blur reduction, you should have the v-sync ON (tripple buffer can be off as long as you can maintain the framerate without it enabled) and your framerate should be completely locked to your refresh rate, 60fps at 60Hz, 75fps at 75Hz.
If you cannot achieve that, using motion reduction (strobing) won't be worth using IMHO.
