Hi,
I thought I'd post an issue I'm having with my monitor here as it seems like its related to blur reduction in some weird way. Now I don't personally use blur reduction anymore these days as I find it makes this panel too dark but I have in the past. For a while now I have an issue where when I turn my screen on the image looks ok for about 2 seconds and then suddenly becomes washed out. Its hard to explain but its almost as if the backlighting is cranked to the max but the brightness of the pixels stays at blur reduction levels. Making the image look washed out and ruining contrast. It almost as if my screen is coated in vaseline. However when I turn on blur reduction and then turn it off again the image returns back to normal. Problem is that everytime i turn the entire screen off and on again the issue is back.
Hoping anyone out there knows what the issue might be.
