Buying a new Monitor

Hello!
I want to buy a new Monitor but I dont have alot of money. In my price region (Germany) 144hz Monitors start from 109€.

I need your help to decide which one is the best for me. I know that Motion Blur is something to fight against but at what specs should i look after? Does the technology matter? Which tech is the best? How do you find out which is the best monitor? Are newer monitors better than old ones? I am currently playing Esports titles such as CSGO, Valorant even fortnite and fullhd and 144+ hz is enough as long as it has great price value.
