Asus 248qe Stuttering

Hey guys, I have a vg248qe asus monitor, im using the ufo tests and all these things and there are fpx drops, it indicates that I have a stutter both on 144hz and on 120hz using strobelight,
I have no idea what to do, I feel like it also stutters on games aswell, I can't really tell how it is supposed to feel but it does not feel that smooth,
my fps is over 144 on cs go

what browser are you using for testufo?
what hardware do you have?
