2566K QFT 200hz valorant not showing/working

Hey, i want to keep this short and simple.

+Using a XL2566k but currently due to location i only have access to a Gaming Laptop
+i have stable ~220fps in valorant

i now wanna create a custom resolution @200hz and use this ingame until i can connect my PC in approx. 3 months.

Here are my 2 questions:

1) creating the resolution in CRU and selecting it on my desktop works but ingame i can only select higher refreshrates+resolutions
2) ive read here that you can benefit from better responsive times with "lower hz then display specs" with this QFT stuff. I tried reading myself into this matter but i am too stupid. Can anyone just tell me what to put in for 1280 x 1024@200hz or 240hz
