^ Here is the App on Steam to do retro frame generation on locked 60 FPS title to 120 FPS, if the game uses Key Frame Design like Street Fighter etc then you are golden it interpolates it as if it was hand drawn in 120 FPS, yes the App is that good and 0 input delay to speak off with these settings.
