utility black frame insertion?

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

utility black frame insertion?

I own an ASUS VG248 I love using lightboost, but the game 60 fps causes crosstalk, Does it exist utility or command line who generates black frame insertion to remove crosstalk?

Not currently as a standalone utility, but there are application-specific 60Hz blackframe insertion abilities in some applications such as MAME as well as WinUAE, and possibly a few other applications.

In theory, it is possible to create a simple resident Windows utility (e.g. runs in system tray) that does black frame insertion for 60Hz black frame insertion during 120Hz refresh rate for windowed applications. It would need to hook into windows composting to alternate between a black window and a transparent window, every other refresh cycle.

For native 60Hz strobing (blur reduction), one can also use the BENQ Z-Series monitors with Blur Busters Strobe Utility.
