Chrome/FireFox will not work at 120fps on Basic.

Turn off Basic, turn off Classic, go to the fancy translucent mode (that's called Aero) -- then Chrome/FireFox will do TestUFO at 120fps.

Anything other than 60hz. E.g. 50hz, 85hz, 144hz.

TestUFO won't work properly in Classic.
