Light boost and cs;go settings.

Post by bkj » 22 Feb 2015, 23:28

Hi fellas, i have very important question to you.
Im using Light boost for like 1 month and im playing with "fullscreen" mode with all startup comands needed ("freq 120" refresh 120" etc)
I was wonder, because when i wan to play other game "Dying light" i can't go with "fullscreen" becasue the colors are changing to brighter and etc, so im playing with "windowed", so i changed the "fullscreen" mode to "bordless" in cs;go and everytrhing changes. The colors are same shade like in deckstop and etc.
So the question is: Do i need to play with "bordless" mode to activate the "LightBoost" magic? :?: :?:
My monitor; Asus VG248QE
Im using strobe light from your webiste.

I suspect "Dying light" is changing your refresh rate to a lightboost unsupported one (i.e. 60 or 144). Check out your monitor info by pressing buttons on it if it really is the case.
Also try using strobelight hotkeys for enabling strobing in the game
