Unfortunately, I can't get it to work on my Asus VG278H. The ToastyX application works immediately from Windows, without a delay to activate it. However, creating a custom 1920x1080@120Hz video mode from SwitchResX results in there being two such video modes listed, and neither of them triggers the Lightboost mode.
EDIT: Never mind, I found a working modeline on a Linux Lightboost topic, and copied it back out as PowerStrip/Modeline info:
