PG258Q - ULMB - input lag reduction/pulse wdth?

Hello all

Big fan of blurbuster after seeing their article on gysnc/input lag.

My question is whether it is possible to reduce input lag using ULMB by playing with "pulse width" or some other hacks?

I've seen talk about strobe phase and duty, persistence and someone in this forum (cant find it :() seemed to indicate you could reduce input lag by playing with those settings.

I honestly can't wrap my head around what those terms mean. Can someone shed some light on whether input lag can be reduced while using ULMB on asus pg258q?
