What monitor options do I have?

I am currently using the Acer GN246HL(24-inch) and I am using the ToastyX CRU method for lightboost. I love the amount of blur reduction I get from this method, but I was wondering if there were any monitors on the market that are 120hz-144hz that either have that quality of blur reduction without losing brightness or are compatible with a method of blur reduction that doesn't dramatically decrease brightness. Thanks
