3D mode turns off when fullscreen game

Post by centosan » 28 Sep 2018, 23:39

I have a VG248QE that suddenly turns off the 3D mode for lightboost whenever I go fullscreen into a game (fortnite, overwatch, csgo). When the game is in window mode, the 3D mode is functioning. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

It never did this before. Might have to wipe down my HD and start from scratch again.

Is it a refresh rate issue? Does 3D only work at 120Hz and when you switch to 144Hz it stops working?

If that's the issue, then in the NVidia control panel's 3D settings, set "preferred refresh rate" to "application controlled", and see if that helps.
