Please explain what you mean by EMB.

Do you mean ELMB, which is just only one of the multiple brands of motion blur reduction
(such as ULMB, LightBoost, PureXP, DyAc, etc)?

If you meant blur reduction, then -- yes -- there are some 144Hz monitors with blur reduction under USD 200 nowadays.

sorry bro typo. ELMB (such as ULMB, LightBoost, PureXP, DyAc, etc).
i want to buy benq xl2411 but i watch ur review about ELMB to make smoother while shooting with bad recoil.
