BenQ EX3203R

Hello everyone! First post!
I'm experiencing some motion blur with my new BenQ EX3203R. Nothing too dramatic (at least for me), but it's there.
I don't see any "blur reduction" options in my monitor, I tried disabling AMA but the result is actually worse.

I ran the "strobe utility" and it says that I should send a screenshot, so here it goes:


Any suggestions are appreciated.

Not sure if this monitor even has a backlight strobbing feature for blur reduction.
