Hello everyone. I bought Asus VG259QM few days ago and did some tests. ELMB Sync "removes" motion blur, but i feel like refresh rate is like my old 144hz monitor when it is on. So i have recorded screen with 960fps phone camera (best i have).
So does it really lowers refresh rate ?
Without ELMB Testufo (2400 pix/sec) and R6 siege at 230 fps (monitor at 280hz OD80 always)

ELMB-SYNC has some known crosstalk issues with framerates below Hz.

What are your game settings?
ELMB-SYNC works best at framerate=Hz with variable refresh rate turned on.
The best way to capture this is a pursuit camera technique. Can you try the smartphone pursuit method? Pursuit Camera with a Smartphone. You might find it easier to use 1/60sec 60fps video with a 3rd party camera app. The good news is you don't need high speed video with that method.

My game settings are the lowest (TAA at %70), running with vulkan. I get around 220fps min, 400fps max and usually 260-270fps. Overclocked RTX2060.
