Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

i just bought ASUS VG249Q
and i have question about ELMB and FREESYNC
what is the diffrent about them and what the best setting for that monitor?
