Has anyone tried the MSI MAG274QRF-QD?

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

Has anyone tried the MSI MAG274QRF-QD?

Not sure if this is the right forum category to be posting this under but has anyone tried the MSI MAG274QRF-QD by any chance? Wondering what it's like vs. the XG270 in terms of low motion blur mode. I have the XG270 but so wished for a 1440p version of it. Thanks in advance.

Judging from comparing MAG251RX to XG270 MSI has worse overdrive / strobing settings for it's AUO panels than XG270 has.
So you would get more ghosting/more visible crosstalk with strobing enabled on the MAG274QRF/QD than on XG270 if MSI did not do a better job setting it up than on MAG251RX.
The new "big" problem with MAG274QRF-QD is oversaturation and lack of gamut clamp.
Overall it's a nice monitor, if you can cope with oversaturated colors.

Viewsonic showed its new 2021 monitors, if you really want same/better experience on the overdrive/strobing side I'd say wait for them.
