Looking for a 400$ monitor

What would be a good 400$ monitor that has a high refresh rate, low motion blur, but also good colors? I'm looking for 27 inches ideally. Thanks in advance 
Wait for XG2431 if you need strobing.
Otherwise go for any 27" 1440p AUO FastIPS or LG NanoIPS model.
