Hey guys, so I have had my RTX 3080 and Acer Predator XB272 240hz since around Christmas time. Within the past 2 weeks I have been having a noticeable issue that I cant seem to fix. On any games i play, or even moving around my desktop, I have this weird blur/trace where corners of object or programs will trace behind leaving a weird blur.
Example 1:
In valorant, whenever I just move my mouse, or just move using WASD everything is fine.
But if I focus on an object like a pole, and move around it in like a 360 degree manner or just stare at the fixed object while moving, the corner/border of the object will blur/trace and make my game stutter.
I have tried getting new display port cables, unplugging / replugging everything again to make sure it was tight, turning on and off g-sync / v-sync, uninstalling all anti virus, reinstalling the geforce experience drivers, unplugging my second monitor, and a few other things, nothing is working.
Only thing that I have done to my PC in the past month is install a new monitor (Acer XB273K GP)
If anyone could help me out I would seriously appreciate it!
