Can u activate blur reduction on xl2540k with the strobe utility?

Hello everyone,
I want to buy a new monitor. I'm thinking about an xl2546k. But it's way more expensive than an xl2540k. So my question is can you activate blur reduction on xl2540k with the blur busters strobe utility? If yes is it working on 240hz? I don't mind the screen going darker since im playing on dimmed settings anyway.
Right now I'm using an xl2411z @ 200hz. But it's so blurry after trying blur reduction (@120hz I believe).
Hopefully somebody can answer me - tyvm.
EDIT: It actually works! A friend of mine got this monitor and the utility supports the xl2540k. Thats fucking insane. Saved me about 150€ ty.
