Two different monitors. Same G-Sync fluctuation issue?

Omen x 25 and the MSI NXG253R.

One is a TN 240hz and the other is an IPS 360hz. Both native full vrr range g-sync

Same annoying brightness fluctuation when ever the fps is moving up and down even if the framerates are only slowly moving between 40 to 50 fps etc. I tried the cru thing but it didn't make a difference.

It just seems that when the frame rates get to about 50 to 55 fps the brightness fluctuation starts to get noticeable and worse the lower the fps gets.

Even if I'm playing a game that hits 90fps constantly and for a split second when there's a slight stall goes to 82fps the same thing happens.

I Thought it might be the monitor but for it to be the same on two monitors could it be my new (1 year old) graphics card or even the drivers? I found this difficult to believe before but I've been battling it for a year on and off.
