what is the best Frame limiter?

Hello everyone.

I use NVCP frame limiter, but what is the best Frame limiter to cap without any issue with G-sync?

should i kept NVCP limiter or RTSS or in game caps ?

Generally, NVCP MFR and RTSS afford steadier frametime performance over most in-game limiters at the cost of slightly higher (1/2 to 1 frame of) latency.
