Hello dear forum users,
I dont know if this forum is still alive or not I just hope so.
After a lot of videos and reading some stuff in the ethernet I really tryed everything to get my GSYNC runned correct and go ahead with this damn stuttering and input lag inside my egoshooter games ( Valorant mostly sometimes Fortnite )
**I hope I write down everything you need**
GPU : RTX 2070 Super KFA 8GB Nvidia
CPU : I9-9k overclocked to 5,1GHZ each
RAM : 64GB 4000MHZ
Monitor : MSIMAG251RX G-SYNC Compatible 240HZ Esport/gaming Monitor
What I did or tryed :
I opened Nvidia Control Center and put Gsync on + Vsync on + NULL ( Low Latency ) On <<<--- I also tryed off or Ultra
My result : My Valorant Game is Capping allways to 225FPS but If I dont use this stuff its 240FPS I cannot explain this stuff..
My result : Fortnite just changing nothing stuttering/lagging if building FPS not even capped to 237 its still 240 dont know..
OFC: I did use Nvidia Latency : ON +
I hope this is everything you need.. I just need your help because im a old EAS cs 1.6 Player and after long Time not playing I tryed out Valorant and im pretty good I played now 2 acts and Im right now Immortal but I got this damn tearring..

Re: Need really help to understand G-SYNC
G-SYNC can only prevent sync-related stutter and latency, it will not prevent or reduce system/engine-side stutter in the least.
Valorant and Fortnite both feature Reflex, which is superior to LLM "Ultra" and considered its replacement. If you are to use one of them, use Reflex instead.
Keep in mind, however, that both Reflex and LLM "Ultra" only reduce latency whenever the GPU usage is maxed.
Reflex and LLM "Ultra" both automatically limit the max framerate to 225 FPS at 240Hz when G-SYNC is enabled to keep the framerate within the refresh rate so G-SYNC remains active (G-SYNC doesn't work if the framerate is above the refresh rate).
