DLDSR Resolution way to high for 2560 x 1440p, stuck at 60 fps, but 1980x1080p monitor supports up to 240hz with DLDSR

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

I want to turn on DLDSR with DLSS for better gaming image quality. For some reason, my 1.78 x and 2.00x DLDSR resolutions are way too high, as well as the fps when increasing resolution, the fps defaulted to 60fps.
My second monitor, Dell 25 Gaming Monitor - S2522HG, can have DLDSR 2.00x at the correct 2540 x 1440p resolution, as well as retaining 240hz fps,

My monitor is Lenovo Legion Y27q-20 27-inch WLED Gaming Monitor. It is currently running on 2540 x 1440p native.
Any idea for why Nvidia Control panel thinks my DLDSR resolution for my 1440p 27inch monitor is so high?
