Asus PG278Q ULMB greyed Out

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

Asus PG278Q ULMB greyed Out

Post by Shooty76 » 28 Aug 2014, 13:45

Hi,

I can't turn ULMB on. It is greyed out in the menu. Does anybody know why and is it a neccessary feature?

There is another feature called "light in motion". What exactly is that?

Thanks for help again

You can't use ULMB at 144hz. The highest you can use it at is 120hz.

Ah ok. I read that G-Sync and ULMB at the same time is not possible.
Do you recommend turning ULMB on and G-Sync off in LOL. In this game i have a constant frame rate of 143.

And how do i turn ULMB on in the nvidia settings menu?

You don't turn it on in the nvidia settings, you turn it on through the monitor.
If you turn off GSYNC and set your refresh rate to 120hz you can toggle ULMB on and off with the button on the monitor.

I would try both and see which you like better.
