Gsync only works in Fullscreen with 3rd monitor in Igpu

So I have 2 monitors an s90c 4k 144 hz tv and a 1440p 500hz they work fine together.

I want to add my ultrawide vertical as a 3rd monitor for chat and monitoring/obs .

4090 has a limit to DSC so can't add a third monitor.

I figure I'll use Igpu in 9950x3d.

But, it needs HDMI and my current cable is display port.

I buy an adapter to go from display port male to HDMI male since IGPU on 9950x3d uses HDMI.

3rd monitor limited to 60fps but works

Sadness ensues...

Overwatch 2 Gsync won't enable if that monitor is connected unless in exclusive fullscreen mode. In Windowed fullscreen it does not activate Gsync or Reflex.

As soon as I turn off that monitor it starts working in real time. Any ideas?
