GSYNC and SLI not working for 2x 770s

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

Could be a dual monitor issue.

In the release notes for the new v334.67 beta driver under issues fixed:

[SLI]: System crashes while booting with a 144Hz refresh rate display connected.

Hopefully this will fix some of the problems you guys have been having with SLI.

I'm running the beta drivers. Unfortunately it didn't fix SLI GSYNC for me. It still crashes whenever I try GSYNC with SLI.

Same. New drivers (beta) and SLI still crashes on things like Metro Last Light (The one game I'm DYING to see how it looks maxed out)

However, now I dont have to restart my PC every time the games crash, I get to just wait 30 seconds for everything to crash to desktop.

If you guys are experiencing the crash still, many users have resolved this by using this method:

1) Use the Nvidia GPU driver removal tool (completely removes the driver and registry entries)
2) Shut down.
3) Remove the SLI connector.
4) Start up and reinstall your drivers.
5) Reboot.
6) *DISABLE* G-Sync
7) Shut down
8) Connect the SLI connector
9) Start up and enable G-Sync *first* and save
10) Enable SLI

Reboot before playing a game.

No problem. There are different services active that run SLI and affect the refresh rate. It's likely that people who have experienced this somehow had corrupt drivers which may have occurred when the G-Sync driver initialized if they installed G-Sync and already had SLI enabled and did not then reinstall drivers.

I think the G-Sync guide should advise reinstalling drivers as G-Sync tends to continually reinitialize unless you do this. Seems like this is the most commonly reported issue. It's easy to see how this could then crash games.

With the newest drivers from yesterday I am able to finally able to use GSYNC with SLI. But it seems like when I do it the frame rates are worse than using a single GPU. Does doing this install trick here actually fix it so you get SLI performance with GSYNC?

I just installed my g sync module and am getting mixed results with 780 SLI. If I load up BF4 go to the test range set the scale to 200% even though my frames are in the 70's I'm still getting lots of stuttering. This is with that latest beta drivers. Also tried the last official drivers too and same results. This is at 120Hz as well as the in game set to 120Hz. vsync off.

Single card works beautifully though. I have confirmed that the monitor is in fact in g sync mode when playing.

Kind of dissapointed that its broken in SLI. At least the PWM flicker is gone! Seriously I thought I was going to sell the monitor it was so bad. I'm really sensitive to the PWM flicker.
