I finally caved in and entered the GSYNC world with the Benq XL2420G, since I need the extra inputs for console gaming.
However, I have an issue with this monitor and 'm hoping some other owner can help me with it.
Basically, the settings like contrast, brightness etc. simply reset each time I turn it off. This is quite baffling, as tweaking it all over again each time would be incredibly tiresome - did anyone have the same issue and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Are you saving the profiles? when setting the settings you want, Hold down 1 for 5+ seconds and it was save it too that number. so when ever you are out of the OCD just press 1 to get back too it.

1? You mean on the S-Switch? The S-Switch doesn't work in GSYNC mode...lexlazootin wrote:Are you saving the profiles? when setting the settings you want, Hold down 1 for 5+ seconds and it was save it too that number. so when ever you are out of the OCD just press 1 to get back too it.

I have the same issue in g-sync mode. However it doesn't completely reset for me.
If I set the contrast at 50 and the brightness at 20 and turn off my computer, the next day it will be something like 51 contrast and 49 brightness. Each day it's different...

Are you using display pilot? Try uninstalling it.

Did you turn "internet café" on in the service menu?Alexious wrote:I finally caved in and entered the GSYNC world with the Benq XL2420G, since I need the extra inputs for console gaming.
