I have a BenQ XL2411Z but find it causes more eyestrain on longer gaming sessions then my 60hz 24" monitors.
I'm wondering if Gsync would help with eyestrain during long gaming sessions.
My monitors are tweaked and not maxed out with brightness contrast ect... =)
Gsync easier on the eyes then High Refresh or the same?

Eye strain can be caused by a lot of different things.
If your eye strain is being caused by tearing and stuttering GSYNC will help a lot.
GSYNC monitors don't use PWM which can also cause eye strain.

I found out that my eyes were the problem started taking Lutein eye supplements a week ago stuff actually works if your eyes are sensitive to light due to lack of outdoor activity =)
