4k G-Sync 144hz - ETA?

How far are we away from a 4k G-Sync 144Hz pannel ?

I own the XB280HK and although its lovely, it was a tough decision between a 144hz 1440p - i think i made the right one.

Won't happen until DisplayPort 1.3 gets here, which will require new GPUs in addition to new displays.
