When I leave in normal the overdrive is calm.

Today arrived my gsync monitor from acer 24pol 165hz, in lol when it is in the loading screen with the active gsync it is normal to look like a star the screen of the monitor type a centralized image and something shining, more when it enters the game becomes normal.

The "normal" or medium overdrive setting is usually the best setting.

Do you mean it is flickering on loading screens? If so, yes, that is normal at lower refresh rates and framerates on some TN G-SYNC monitors. Nothing to worry about.

I caught the fps at 162 and when type drops 1 fps I feel a slight stturtering on the screen is normal I'm using gsync?

G-SYNC can't fix all stutter parini, the game can also cause stutter. G-SYNC only fixes V-SYNC stutter.

If you have G-SYNC + V-SYNC (Nvidia Control Panel) + V-SYNC Off in-game + 162 FPS @165Hz, you're using the right setup.

Again parini, G-SYNC can only fix one type of stutter, it can't fix all stutter. Sometimes the game can cause stutter that G-SYNC can't fix.

I would help you troubleshoot this further, but there appears to be a language barrier that would make that difficult. I assume you're having to use Google Translate sometimes as is.
