Questions about new G-Sync monitor

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

You can always disable it with "cmd: bcdedit /set disabledynamictick no," and restart the computer. That is a system timer/HPET setting. It has unknown effects, and nothing has ever been fully proven about its effectiveness. Use at your own risk.

As for G-SYNC and stutter, it can only sync what the system is outputting. If the system and/or game is running poorly, G-SYNC can't fix that, and there can still be stutter.

G-SYNC only fixes the stutter standalone V-SYNC causes when it misses a fixed frame delivery window, for example, when the framerate goes from 144 FPS to 72 FPS and back, or 60 FPS to 30 FPS and back.

Could you send me a print of your panel nvidia ?, and also you would know a configuration to take away this stuttering that spoils my gameplay enough.

parini, I don't know enough about your problem to assist you further, and I don't even know your system specs.

I've already given you the answers, but the language barrier appears to halt any progress we could be having.

parini, I can only repeat what I have said in previous posts...

-G-SYNC Enabled
-V-SYNC On (Nvidia Control Panel)
-V-SYNC Off in-game
-162 FPS limit @165Hz

That's all I have set myself. You can enabled V-SYNC in-game if the Nvidia Control Panel version isn't working in a certain game.

Your system is powerful enough, so that isn't the problem. In fact, your CPU and RAM are newer than mine.

G-SYNC won't fix all stutter. It can't. I don't know how many more times I can repeat it.

I'm using exactly that, will it be if I put the total frames to 1 it will be fine with gsync?

I'm not sure I understand "if I put the total frames to 1." Do you mean that if you set the framerate limit to 164 FPS instead? If so, no, that would not help, that would only add more lag.

The only other thing I can ask you is what G-SYNC mode are you using? Is it the "fullscreen" or "borderless windowed" mode in the Nvidia Control Panel?

Also, are you using the fullscreen mode in each game? Or are you running the game in borderless or windowed?

Please enable the below setting, and make sure "G-SYNC On" is showing when you play the game:

I don't see anything wrong with those setting parini.

When you say "stutter" how long does it last, how often does it happen, and does it happen in every game?

My assumption is you are expecting too much from G-SYNC. It can't fix performance problems.
