This happens when you stay away from the gsync range with gsync on.

Does it happen on loading screens with G-SYNC and V-SYNC off?

Not only happens with gsync.

Alright, so the only problem you are having with G-SYNC, is that the screen flickers (like an old film or movie), and only on loading screens?

I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean by "starts to shine like a star." Again, it would help to see it, but you say it is mild enough that you can't capture it with your camera.

Does it bother you that much?

If that is your only problem with G-SYNC parini, where it looks like it is flickering like an old film on loading screen only, as I told you before, that is normal for G-SYNC and some TN panels at very low framerates.

Again, nothing to worry about.

I was able to take the blessed sturttering after killing me so much I would only leave the fps unlocked, Gsync On + Nvidia Panel Vsync On + Fps unlocked.

Yes. Unlocked FPS has input lag.

How were you locking the FPS before? With what software?
