Would G-sync work with Displayport switches?
Would G-sync work with Displayport switches?
Does anyone know if G-sync would work if the monitor is connected via a DP switch (i.e. two DP sources connected to a switchbox which connects to the monitor), where one source is the PC and another source is a set-top box using a HDMI-to-DP adapter?

I'm not sure -- I think this would be something impossible to answer without testing first. GSYNC is a new technology that I don't think switches have been designed to accomodate.THX1138 wrote:Does anyone know if G-sync would work if the monitor is connected via a DP switch (i.e. two DP sources connected to a switchbox which connects to the monitor), where one source is the PC and another source is a set-top box using a HDMI-to-DP adapter?
