So is there a way to get rid of flickering?

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

GSYNC works much better in surround mode. (3 monitor surround).

Monitors running at different framerates will interfere with each other. The problem is common when mixing 60Hz monitors with a Better-Than-60Hz monitor.

This is why, for competitive gameplay, I recommend temporarily disabling the extra monitors (via Control Panel) -- or entirely disconnecting temporarily -- while playing a good competitive game of CS:GO -- I've seen microstutters and lag even inject themselves into VSYNC OFF (not just GSYNC) because of a second 60Hz monitor connected.

Divergent refresh rates & divergent modes (e.g. one GSYNC mode, one non-GSYNC mode) are a big no-no for stutters/fluidity/lag.

For minimal lag and minimal stutters, you want surround mode from a single GPU -- e.g. GTX 1080 Ti on three 144Hz GSYNC monitors running in surround mode.

I recommend DisplayFusion software for one click display profile switching.
Click -- you're now in eSports single monitor mode
Click -- you're now in 3-multimonitor mode
Click -- you're now in 2-monitor presentation mode
etc.

(I am a software developer. I need my multiple monitors too!)

Are you saying 3 monitors work better then 2 when using G-Sync?

I'm currently running 3 monitors, 2 of which are 60hz and i'm not having any issue with G-Sync not working on windows 10. Often my playback of videos on the other monitor will play back at lower frame rates when i drop my fps to 20, 8, 4 for example. (These are purposeful fps abuse and not stutters)
