new pg258q monitor .... light flickering issue

Hi RealNC, what is your monitor?
Is it free from light flickering on loading screen, in-game menu and at low fps/refresh rate?
I use an XG2703-GS. It's an IPS monitor. I'm not seeing any flicker on it, even at 0FPS.
