hi, my problem is that I have a G-SYNC monitor but when playing in a game where it goes down to 30 fps or less the monitor synchronizes with those low fps when it should not be, the monitor should lower a maximum of 30Hz and a low frame compesation (LFC), but does not do the (LFC), and instead gets out of those 30 Hz, can someone give me a solution ?, and try everything that occurred to me.
My monitor is the PG248Q.

It does LFC. It's not possible to drive an LCD panel at 1Hz.

The FPS indicator of the monitor probably tells you what the g-sync module is receiving, not what it's outputting.

but when they go below 30 Hz, the pixels show as vibrations or artifacts, is that okay?

Probably not. Although people claim it's normal for TN monitors.

Without video footage nobody can tell for sure though.

https://youtu.be/pHv1PmdvqJY sorry for the sound my brother was watching a movie, in this video the artifacts or vibrations of pixels are presented, unfortunately I can not record better since I recorded it with a cell phone

This looks like pixel inversion artifacts. It is a TN panel, and thus pixel inversion artifacts are normal to an extent, but as to how much of it can still be considered normal on this monitor, I can't say. Maybe someone else who also owns this monitor can provide some help.

Here's another user who had the same problem on a different TN monitor:

Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue on TN monitors.

As for g sync, is there nothing to show me the normal hz? because in the same screen it shows 10 hz when the fps are at 10 and, then does not hurt the panel?

I don't think so. It's a monitor feature and not configurable through software.
