Screen patterns width gsync activated

Hello and sorry for my English. I have a monitor acer XB241H with gsync 144hz. With Gsync enabled I can sometimes see in the games a kind of fine overprinted pattern but it is annoying. If i set the monitor to lower frequencys the effect decreases a lot, at least frequency less effect. And disappears completely at any frequency if I turn off gsync. From what I've read -see link- this happens in other brands and models and it doesn't look like monitor defect. Any idea what happens and how to fix this?

Sounds like inversion artifacts to me. A couple of relevant posts:

It is also seems to be more commonly pronounced on the higher Hz VRR (FreeSync/G-SYNC) TN panels.

Thank you very much and, out of curiosity, why does the effect decrease if I lower the frequency? because only with gsync?

It also affects fixed-Hz TN monitors, including my 2013-era ASUS VG278H.

Inversion artifact increase/decrease during high or low framerates is often monitor dependant and human dependant. Some say it worsens at lower Hz, and others say it worsens at higher Hz.

It seems that ultrafast LCD GtG makes it harder to balance the positive pixel voltage / negative pixel voltage symmetrically, creating more-visible inversion artifacts when the voltages are not as perfectly symmetrically balanced.

Thank you very much, I have understood the problem. At the moment the only "solution" I have found is, according to the game, to lower the hertz at a frequency without artifacts. For example GTAV I have to lower it even to 85hz, and other games I can go to 144hz and I don't notice it. If I have noticed that if I activate the VSYNC ingame+gsync are reduced. I don't know what it depends on, it can be how I the game are rendering or something like that. Anyway with the gtx1070 it is very rare to exceed 85fps in ultra quality in modern games.

I wish I could go to an IPS gsync solution but it is very expensive for me. Thank you
