Hi, meanwhile in all games I have min fps 80+ and 60hz monitor will g sync work or he will be "useless"?

G-SYNC only works "inside" the refresh rate.

GSYNC is mainly useful within the VRR range, e.g. "30Hz thru 144Hz" for a 144Hz GSYNC monitor.
However, you can cap your framerate to gain the benefits of a low-lag VSYNC equivalent. With GSYNC, there's no framebuffer backpressure, those asynchronous refresh cycles just begin immediately upon software trigger (completion of frames).
If your frame rates are above refresh rate, GSYNC doesn't really benefit, but GSYNC benefits you by erasing the low-framerate stutters.
Look at http://www.testufo.com/gsync as an example how erratic low-framerate stutters are erased by GSYNC.

if you run it on 155hz with frame capped at 144fps and you get gsync then its probably better than 155hz vsync off if you dont want tearing. and especially if your fps drops below 155fps. when using 155hz vsnyc off and no gsync the monitor will take at least a whole extra frame of time to update part of the screen. making that part of the screen essentially running at 77.5hz. vs with gsync you will get a smoother experience. you can be a little more libral with your gralhics settings because you dont have to hit that 155fps as consistently. gsync can be worth the time it takes to set it up.
