nono.. i mean when i dont have the montior here... we dont have a official benq shop here... i only see 2411z or 2420z in some swiss normal monitor computer shops.. but how can i see its v1 or v2 in the online description. thx

There's no way to tell, unless you can get the serial number.
There's a downloadable instructions PDF at http://info.benq.us/blog/benq-america-c ... -utilities that mentions which serial numbers are are V1 monitors.

Not all stores will let you see the serial numbers before purchase, though. So, currently, the best thing to do outside of North America at this stage, is to buy assuming it is a V1 monitor, and then ugprade it to V2.
