Guys i have simple question i own a 240hz monitor and cant always hit 240FPS in games, so do i need still to cap my fps at 237 when i have Gsync and vysnc on or is it okey not too cap my fps with RTSS ?

If the game doesn't exceed 237FPS, the cap has no effect. So you might as well use the cap as a safeguard for the rare cases where the game could go above 237.
